Stowaway

So i finally found out what the craic is with the dept re-organisation, and my place in it. In the terms of negatives, as I feared, I'm stuck doing a paired down version of my current job. Not much I can really do about it. My initial fears about geography playing a part came to fruition, although the reasons given were fairly logical.

On the plus side, I still have a job, and a small payrise to go with it. Which is obviously a good thing. Now I just have to wait and see how it will pan out in the long term, and if it's worth hanging around for more of the same.

God, reading that back, i say it with such enthusiasm!

We'll wait and see i suppose, and having taken Q's advice in the World is Not Enough, I'm working on an escape plan...
