Tip

It was appraisal time today. enough to strike fear into anyone. It's strange how you view yourself during the course of a working year compared to how others see you. Before i went in for it I was convinced that this year had been a total waste, and that standards had fallen.

Apparently not. A glowing report was had, with promises of bigger and brighter things. Hopefully these bigger and brighter things will actually happen, as apposed to the others that have been promised up and down the years.

Listening to the appraisal, it made me realise that despite my moaning, i do actually enjoy what i do and, gulp, love the place and company i work for. Scary business indeed.

Of course this will probably change the next time the shit hits the fan!
